Angela
Tisci L.Ac., MAcOM is the founder of Zen Space Healing Center
and a graduate of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland,
Oregon in 2000. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology
at Kent State University. As a Licensed Acupuncturist, she has
earned her Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
(MAcOM). She has training in all aspects of traditional Oriental
medicine, including the theory and practice of acupuncture, Chinese
herbal medicine, Tui Na massage, nutrition, exercise, and qi cultivation.
Angela is also Certified by the National Certification Commision
for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as a Diplomate in Acupuncture.
Her experience includes treating musculoskeletal pain, infertility,
injuries, car accident victims, digestive complaints, adjunctive
therapy for chemotherapy patients, IVF patients and sports injuries.

The
mission of her practice (Shantastic Massage) is to provide the
public with a proactive approach to improving health and mental
well-being through massage therapy by employing techniques that
relieve pain and tension.
Shanta
has extensive training in massage modalities that include: Swedish,
Shiatsu, Deep Tissue & Acupressure with additional skills
in reflexology, hot stone massage, polarity, rehabilitative techniques
(Cross Fiber, Longitudinal Release & Proprioceptive Neuromuscular
Facilitation) Traditional Thai massage stretches and Sports massage.
She has a working knowledge of anatomy and physiology and is able
to identify many contraindicated conditions and employ the appropriate
beneficial massage techniques. She has a strong yet nurturing
touch and is dedicated to excellence, safety and quality care.
Shantastic
Massage combines aspects of eastern massage modalities (Shiatsu,
Acupressure and Traditional Thai Massage Stretches) with aspects
of western massage modalities (Swedish and Deep Tissue) to create
a massage session that addresses the individual needs and problem
areas of each client.

Wolfe, Esthetician
Shane
Wolfe is a licensed esthetician. He has been practicing esthetics
for over five years. He practices healing arts such as Reiki
and uses pressure point facial massage. He is known for being
“a gentle waxer” and having magical hands. Shane listens
to people’s skin concerns and addresses them in an aware
and healing fashion. His facials use Kimberly Sayer, organic vegan
products that have not been tested on animals. He uses a number
of techniques for bringing out the “inner glow”. Shane
also offers skin consultations, high frequency, tinting lashes
and brows, discusses dietary concerns and the skin, as well as
full body waxing.
Cindy Wyler , Licensed Massage Therapist

Cindy Wyler graduated
from Oregon School Of Massage in 1997.
She is a highly skilled
massage therapist, extensively trained in Swedish relaxation
and therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue, Prenatal,
Medical, Sports, and Hot Stone massage. Cindy often incorporates
Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial release, PNF (Proprioceptive
Neuromuscular Facilitation), and stretching into her work, tailored
to the specific needs of her clients.
She is experienced
in treating victims of motor vehicle and bicycle accidents.
She says, “I
get a great sense of satisfaction in helping my clients focus
on finding ways that allow their bodies to heal, through mind-body-spirit
connection.”
Her mission is to
bring her clients relief from chronic pain, injuries, muscle
tension, and stress, while delivering a deep sense of relaxation.
Her goal
is to hold therapy gains by promoting self care to empower her
clients in their recovery from muscular pain. She says, “I
believe that the most successful healing occurs when her clients
are actively involved in finding the right treatment path for
them.”

Dawn Osha Tupper,

Uma was
born and raised on a healing arts community and learned to value
holistic health care from a young age. She studied acupuncture,
herbology, qigong, Tui-Na, and Shiatsu at The Oregon College
of Oriental Medicine. She primarily focuses on treating: muscular
pain, joint pain, headaches, sinusitis, rhinitis, stress reduction,
insomnia, digestive issues, injuries and acute or chronic pain.
Since 2000, Uma has been a faculty member of East-West College,
teaching Swedish massage, Survey of Modalities, and Chinese
Massage. Her background as a Licensed Massage Therapist makes
her a more well-versed acupuncturist. Uma earned her undergraduate
degree in Sociology at The State University of New York.
She offers
private instruction at Zen Space in Yin Yoga (a restorative
form of Yoga in which you hold poses for 3-5 minutes to stretch
deep connective tissue), 1000 Hands Buddha Qigong (a seated,
restorative movement meditation which incorporates hand gestures
and visualizations), and Massage for common aches & pains.
Private classes are $75/hour. Small group classes are also available
for $25/person.
Motor vehicle
accidents patients and insurance members covered for in and
out-of-network benefits are great referrals for Uma. She looks
forward to providing the most optimal health care for you and
your loved ones.
